Tips for Downloading Files To Your Computer

Depending on how downloading preferences for Word documents are set on your computer's Internet Browser (ex. Internet Explorer, Firefox), when you click the download link, the Questionnaire forms will store on your computer in one of 3 ways:

1. The form will open directly on your screen. Before closing the file, you will need to save the file to your desktop or a folder of your choice.
   
   OR
   
2. The form will be in a closed file visible as a file icon on your desktop. You will need to double click the file icon to open it on your desktop.
   
   OR
   
3. The form will be in a file folder. The location of the file will be determined by preset preference settings on your computer. To find the downloaded file, use the Search command and enter the file name (ILAA_Part1_17025,etc.) in the Search window dialog box.
